Day 47 – Obedience Restored: Undivided, Unbroken and Uncompromising
On Day 47 of our 52-day journey, the Lord moves us from understanding into obedience.
In Nehemiah 8:13-14, on the second day the heads of the fathers’ houses gathered again to Ezra to understand the Law more deeply. They found written commandments and knew they were obligated to obey.
Understanding without obedience is self-deception (James 1:22).
The light we received must now produce action.
Day 47 is a prime number — indivisible. God is releasing:
- Undivided attention to His Word
- Unbroken resolve
- An uncompromising stance
No more delay. No more procrastination. No more “I will do it later.”
As fathers, mothers and leaders, our obedience cascades to the next generation. We refuse to leave a legacy of disobedience.
