FAST FRIDAY FOR FIRSTBORNS FRIDAY 15TH APRIL 2022 THEME: SAVE MY CHILDREN’S SOULS O LORD TEXT: John 14:6 “JESUS said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”
Blessings beloved parent-intercessors. Welcome to another time of prayers and sacrifice for our firstborns and by extension our other children. This Friday is special because it is Good Friday and that means that on a day like today, our LORD JESUS gave His life for mankind, hence we want to bring our firstborns and by extension our other children to the foot of the cross, asking that their LORD, the One who died for them will save them today.
Easter is always a good time to re-dedicate ourselves and our families to the Father and this is the intent of today’s manual.
Romans 12:1 “I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of GOD, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship.
“JESUS has done so much for us and our families, particularly our children. Let us declare in prayer today: MY CHILDREN LIVE FOR THEIR MAKER! THEIR BODIES ARE A LIVING SACRIFICE TO HIM. THEY ARE A HOLY AND ACCEPTABLE PEOPLE TO GOD!
Galatians 2:20 “I have been crucified with CHRIST. It is no longer I who live, but CHRIST who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of GOD, who loved me and gave Himself for me.”
Easter is a good time to reconsider and re-route our lives. It is a time of sober reflections. Let us declare in prayer: MY CHILDREN ARE CRUCIFIED WITH CHRIST! THEY ENJOY NEW LIFE IN CHRIST THIS SEASON. OLD WAYS ARE TAKEN OUT AND ALL THINGS BECOME NEW FOR THEM. THEY LIVE FOR THEIR MAKER. THEIR LIVES ARE SALVAGED BY CHRIST AND THEY ENJOY THE BENEFITS OF BEING SONS OF GOD.
John 3:16 “For GOD so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.”
Let us declare in prayer: MY CHILDREN EMBRACE THE GIFT OF SALVATION THEREFORE THEY ARE SAVED FROM DESTRUCTION OF EVERY FORM AND THEY ENJOY ETERNAL LIFE IN CHRIST.
Beloved parent-intercessors, what is your special request to the Father regarding your children this Good Friday? Speak to Him on their behalf! Hold nothing back! Ask and you shall receive!
To our duty posts people. May our firstborns and by extension all our other children be saved and continue to walk the path of salvation all their lives in the name of JESUS CHRIST Amen.
